GOLDEN PEAK BASE AREA:
Golden Peak is home to the Bear Naked Adventure Village, Slopestyle
biking, the starting lines for the X-Country Mountain Bike and Vail Pass
Half Marathon, Dog Comps and much more. If you have a family
bring a lunch and plan on spending some serious time in Golden Peak
at the Teva Mountain Games.
Golden Peak is Vail Mountain's easternmost access point. Home of
Chair 8, and the Golden Peak base area, it's a short stroll from
the Vail Village Transportation center and the rest of the Teva
Mountain Games action.
Golden Peak is the location of the Bear Naked Adventure Village
expo area. If running the Vail Pass Half Marathon isn't
quite your idea of fun family time, come hang out at the Bear Naked
Adventure Village.
