Thursday:
- Steep Creek Afterparty at Mango's Grill, Redcliff @ 1pm with live concert featuring Laughing Bones.
- Opening Ceremonies - The 2008 Teva Mountain Games will kick off with a Human Powered Parade framing the grand
entrance to the event. A parade of athletes and
spectators will start at the Red Lion and roll their way down Gore Creek Drive on any human powered vessel, ending in front of
the stage at Check Point Charlie. The first 200 Adults to enter will receive a limited edition
Pabst Blue Ribbon Mountain Games shirt and the first 200 youth will receive Bear Naked Trail Mix!
following the parade. World Cup climbing teams from over 30 countries will be cordially
introduced to Vail’s adoring fans! (Coordinated by USA Climbing)
To cap off the night, the opening ceremonies Jerry Joseph, songwriter for Widespread Panic will perform live. One lucky spectator will win a $3,000 Titus ML1 Mountain Bike!

- Friday Late Night: Teva Mountain Ball - Samana - FREE- Wear your retro tux and Tevas for a night that you will not forget. This is the party you hear about, but get there early, the crowds will be huge
